PROCESSING TIME:

• Custom Wigs 7-14 Business Days
• Ready to Ship Wigs Next Day for orders placed before 5PM EST. The Day After for orders after 5PM EST.
• Wig Revamp (Wash+Style) 5-7 Business Days after wig is received.
• Wig Revamp (Lace Replacement) 7-10 Business days after wig is received.
• Bring Your Own Bundles or Wigs 7-10 Business Days after receiving the hair in the mail. 
• Hair Care Products Same Day for orders placed before 5PM EST. Next Day for orders after 5PM EST.

SHIPPING TIME:

Shipping time occurs after the processing period has finished.
• (United States) 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS via USPS Priority Mail Express. Order Must be placed by 4pm EST to meet Express Shipping Drop-off Deadline.
• (United States) 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS VIA USPS Priority Mail/ FedEx
• (United States) 2-3 Business Day Shipping USPS First Class Mail/FedEx
• (International) 6-10 BUSINESS DAYS via FedEx
• This time does not include the processing period
• Expect delays during sales periods & holidays.
 
REFUNDS/RETURNS:

• ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of this product, refunds will not be issued. What is the nature of this product? Wigs. Wigs cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
